Picasso at the Bellagio Hotel is a primarily French restaurant with traditional cuisine, but what puts this restaurant on our Top 10 list for high-rollers is the ambiance. Millions of dollars worth of original artwork by Pablo Picasso are displayed for diners to enjoy while eating. Eating at Picasso is like enjoying a five-star meal inside a museum. Picasso is a favorite among any high-roller staying in Las Vegas.

Picasso offers an extensive menu of French cuisine with some Spanish influences. Wine pairings are available with a prix fixe menu and a degustation menu that give patrons a little taste of some of the chef’s award winning, finest creations. Beautiful food and beautiful décor create a dining experience that is rich in flavor and in culture. The restaurant’s head chef Julian Seranno has received the James Beard award for Best Chef in the Southwest and the restaurant has been awarded the AAA Five-Diamond Award of Excellence five year in a row.

Another aspect of the restaurant that appeals to the rich and famous is the spectacular views of the Bellagio fountains. The restaurant is surrounded on one side with glass and there is also an outdoor patio that allows for some of the best views of the Bellagio fountain show anywhere in the hotel.
